Marisa Rose Wellness offers counseling services as a licensed social worker and nutrition support as a Holistic Health Coach. Information and products contained on this site are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not diagnose medical conditions, and our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, treatment or diagnosis. Clients should consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. Every effort has been made to present you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, but because the nature of scientific research is constantly evolving, we cannot be held responsible or accountable for the accuracy of our content. You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors and we are not liable for any inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

**2. Payment and Pricing**

All prices on our website are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Social work services are exempt from HST, while nutrition support services are subject to HST. Payment can be made via e-transfer or cash. Payment is due at the time of service. Services that have been provided or delivered are non-refundable.  

**3. Intellectual Property**

All original materials on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the intellectual property of Marisa Rose Wellness. Unauthorized duplication or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited. The content in our Programs, Products, Site, and Services is solely owned by or licensed to us, unless otherwise indicated. This content includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics of our Program Materials or any other material or aspects of materials provided by us to you. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these Terms of Use. You are not permitted to sell or republish any of our Program Materials, including handouts, video files, audio files, images, copy or any content, for resale or mass reproduction purposes for your own business or commercial use.

We try to ensure that the availability and delivery of our Programs, Courses and website is uninterrupted and error-free, including our content and communications through methods like our Website, e-mail communications, videos, audio recordings, webinars, downloadable Mp3 audio files, downloadable PDF handouts/slides, ebooks, or any other materials provided by us to you. However, we cannot guarantee that your access will not be suspended or restricted from time to time, including to allow for repairs, maintenance or updates or other technological issues.
